Our union has developed a protocol to help address issues that from time to time arise between union members. Our protocol is intended to apply to all kinds of conflict, from interpersonal disagreements to harassment, discrimination, or workplace bullying. Please do not hesitate to ask your delegates for assistance with issues like these.

Many thanks to the union members who helped draft, debate, and finalize this protocol. As we now begin to test it out and see how it works in practice, we might discover questions or problems we hadn’t though of. If this happens, please provide feedback so that we can address any bugs!
