Union members turned out in force for an action in support of our long-term staff at Tuesday’s LSNYC Board meeting.
Upwards of 60 union members surprised the Board, interrupting the board meeting with chants to “Respect senior staff – reinstate Bill.” A new staff member then read a statement on behalf of the union, which was also distributed to each of the board members.
